Campaign help please.

Assuming the server is under maintenance, I figured I'd EDIT my post with additional campaigns and quests that are malfunctioning in hopes that they may be addressed. In addition, the mission artifacts placed in my inventory are stuck and "CAN'T BE REMOVED."

1. Campaign: Lepharist Poison Research (bugged)
-(Step four) Get rid of Chairman Garnis at the Lepharist Research Center.
- **CHAIRMAN GARNIS NOT SPAWNING**

2. Campaign: Flying Reconnaissance (bugged)
- Destroy the flags of the Tursin Outpost. (0/3)
- **FLAGS NOT FOUND**

Additionally, campaign artifacts have been consumed and are no longer in my inventory. Thank you, Admins

 

I posted on this issue before and after the server reboot it got fixed, but now it's bugged yet again and my legionmates can't get it done.
