    You need to do the prequest for steel to get in. I didnt test it with this new emulator but i will when the servers back up.

    For asmo side you need to do this quest:
    The Shugo from Pandaemonium

    It starts with the guard Epa in Beluslan and you have to track down Uikinerk, a "suspicious shugo" who spawns in several spots in belusia depending on the time of day.

    at the end of the rainbow.
    tried it last night. you dont have to go to epa first. but wont hurt to check. to find NPC Epa, type /where Epa
    if she didn't give you the quest, just proceed to the shugo rightaway.

    the person who pm-ed me last night about that couldn't find any quest on the shugo :/
