Can anyone wear new armors? Arbiters -Principals - Ambassadors ? w/ rank ?

Sorry I've been away for some time - my hard drive got infested with ants & havent installed Aion on my new drive yet.

- Just want to make sure...

The new armors according to the gamez website shop:
Arbiters - Army Gov
Principals - Army Gov
Ambassadors - 1 star or higher

Do you have to be an Army Gov to wear it? Isnt it hard to get Army Gov? Arent there only a few slots for Army Gov? If so only few people would actually buy this ... seems that this is a not a win-win for Gamezaion.. but since this is a private server the rules can be changed so I want to check with you peeps..

No, rank requirements were removed from the server files, you will still need to use the Items.pak to remove it from your client, you will be able to wear it though, but you will see the icons as if you could not wear those items, the only requirements that were removed from the server files and need to be removed from the client to work properly, are the DDL weapons' level restrictions
