    u can surely craft it ... evry christmas/easter they put an extra shop !! and u have the ability to buy beautiful swords and armors... so yeah u can craft it

    You can try to craft it but good luck... I spent 5 days constant farming and only got 1 bow to get to Sky Dragon King's, didn't even go noble.

    If you want the full Noble Sky Dragon Emperor's Staff expect to do nothing but farm all day for at least 1 month...

    Unless there's something I don't know to turn my stuff noble to get to the next stage.
