Can not find player/Player not in game.

    i have gotten a friend to start playing aion.. he reached level 20 and we still cant chat/whisper also i can not see him when we are in the same location ..we have checked to make sure that we are on the same server many times and we are both on siel .. his character name is dboylostit .. account name is/email address is dboy_dustin/ dboy_dustin18@yahoo.com



    .. please look into the issue and let me know if it is corrected ... thanks for your hard work and help on this topic..
