Can not log in please help

    hello guys, im new and have installed the game. after i click start i enter my id and password, it tell me wrong id/password. i went to the gamez site and was login fine and i launch the gamez launcher not ncsoft. please help.

    could this be the problem, when i was form ncsoft i notice if a password contain symbol it wont let u login could it be the same here?

    oh guys, was this 3 hrs ago, because that was the time i try to login before i went to work. and it said wrond id/ password? again thank you

    Just try to type the right login name/password. Ima sure it was a typo mistake u did earlier =)
