Can not summon the lower level spirit

    Why is not possible to summon spirits with level 1-9? Only the level 10 is possible.
    Is it a bug? Or what is wrong? I want to summon another levels of spirits.

    you cant summon low level spirits even if u keep lowering the spirit skill, you will have always the last form of the spirit...

    So this means you cannot use any skill with lower level?
    When I try to use the summon spirit of the level 1-9 after the casting the spirit doesn't appear.

    im not sure about other skills but the spirt yes...cant summon low lvl spirits

    But why? Is it normal? I think it should be possible. Why are there these restrictions?
