    I have this problem when I try to open gamezaion launcher. Idk whats the problem. I already updated my client. hoping for a quick response

    any other solutions? its not fixing my problem >.> im having problems with the launcher. cos I can play on global server.

    Run the Gamez Launcher as administrator

    Right click > Run as admin, let it update your client

    its still not fixed -.- its strange because when running retail, everything is okay. but when I use gamezlauncher its opening but its loading 4.0 logo and stuffs. I tried re-installing gamez launcher and did file repair. yet nothings changed

    Sounds like you have 2 clients and 1 of them is still 4.0, check where the NCsoft launcher pinned your Aion folder at

    Windows Key + R, type "regedit" and find the BaseDir key, which in its data has the Aion folder path

    Possible locations:

    HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\NCWest\Aion
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\NCWest\Aion
    HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\NCWest\Aion
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\NCWest\Aion
