You cannot access the game through this IP.

Your account has been banned from accessing the game. If you know you were hacking there isn't a Solution for you.

 

ya, if it says "cannot connect through your IP," it pretty much means your banned fro mthe game, someone must have reported your char for hacking in some way or form, and a GM checked it ou and saw that you were, or who ever was on your account, and banned you. And the GMs show no mercy, so your account will stay banned, they wont reverse it no matter the reason.
