Cannot launch

I meet a problem .pls help.

 

Hello there!
Have you tried to to press check on the Launcher and let it repair any issues, before launching the game?
Also, are you using Windows 11?
Please let me know if the repair solves the issue.

 

Hi Ayvel ! I am using windows7 and I have used "check" and the launcher updated automatically. It looks like all get ready I press the "play" and one minute later the window pops up.I have tried 3 times and the problem remain.

• All drivers are updated.
• An exception for GamezAion was set to your Antivirus/Firewall.
• You have the latest version of DirectX.

 

Hey, you'll need a clean client, installing over an existing or previous client will cause these kind of errors. Please choose a different location to install the client or remove the client folder entirely.

I do keep the old client. ok, I try to delete them all. and download a fresh client.
