Cannot Log In The Game

I tried my username and password on the website and I logged in just fine. But when I launch the game and try to log in the game, it says ID and Password don't match. Am I suppose to download something else to get it to connect to my account so I can login? If so, could you give me the link? Thanks!:lol:

I tried downloading that, but after I click the download button, it asks me if i want to download it, then nothing happens after that, I don't even know where it's located on my computer after it is downloaded.

 

Okay so, I was able download 'Games Aion Installer.exe' and then extract it from 'GamezAion.Bat' and find it in the Aion folder, it's called 'GamezAION', but it's just a file, it doesn't do anything, when I click it, it says Aion.exe and Aion.bin could not be found.

u installed the launcher into the wrong folder. u have to install it to ur aion folder (most likely program files\ncsoft\aion) in order for it to work

if ur using the bat launcher, u also have to paste it into ur aion folder first

That is where I had installed it, in the Aion folder. I went to NCsoft then I extracted it to Aion folder.

 

check ur aion\bin32\ folder to see if theres a file called aion.bin in there

check ur aion folder to see if theres a file called gamezaion.exe there

 

About the Bat launcher. Where would it be located in my computer? I want to paste it like you said.

 

No folder called 'aion.bin' but there is a folder called 'GamezAION' without the .exe.

 

that depends on where ur browsers default file saving location is check ur browsers options, it will tell u where files r saved (if u dont know that yet)

once u find the bat launcher u can paste it in ur aion folder, then run it

 

Okay i found where the files are being downloaded to, but there is no such thing called "Bat launcher" in that folder.

download this and run it, dont install just pick the run option and PM me the ID and randomly generated password, ill connect to ur desktop and set it up for u, explaining it would take all night

 

I think I'm just going to Re-install Aion, then Re-install that gamez aion launcher and ncsoft, and try to find the .bat file you said of where the downloads are located. I'll let you know how it goes.

 

its a waste of time tbh, ur ncsoft launcher is fine, ur aion client is fine, ur just not putting the gamez launcher in the right place. starting from scratch wont change that

the bat launcher is this
GamezAion.bat

download that and paste it in ur aion folder if u can

 

Found it on my Downloads location, this time it's called 'Gamezaion' instead of 'GamezAION'. Now you want me to paste that in the 'Aion' folder right?

 

what operating system do u use btw? think u have file extensions hidden so u cant see the file format (.exe or .bat)

anyways yea if its the .bat file then paste it in ur aion folder and run it, it will start ur game and connect u to gamezaion
