Cannot run game at all

so im posting for my guildie, whos having issues, weve reinstalled his game twice, repaired 5 times, deleted bin32 folder 3 times replaced it with a clean bin32 2 times. and stil lsame error...

hes running windows xp, and the problem is the game wont even launch at all, he clicks start game, and wham error even on nc softs launcher he gets it... so im lost on what to do...

is the error...

 

can you post some screenshots on that error...

Yeah, a screenshot would help a lot. Gives a better image of whats going on, so we can help.

 

he uninstalled trying to reinstallrofl right as u guys post lawl... we got angry trying fresh again, uninstalled re dl and junk lets hope it works if not ill post with a screenshot

 

I read on some Russian aion forum that someone else had this problem and it was because his computer couldn't handle the lowest requirements for Aion, could be a problem if that reinstall doesn't fix it. ^^"

as what adieu said maybe on the specs are the problem... try to post your pc specs here and if we confirm that specs can run the game smoothly... i might suggest to do what i say below...

as if you had patient doing uninstall then dl... if you wanna have fresh client after you dl & installed the whole game repair it and after repairing it dl & install the latest launcher in this link http/gamezaion.com/Gamez%20Aion%20Installer.exe and also include the latest 2.0 items.pak http://forum.gameznetwork.com/showpost.php?p=308977&postcount=1 run the gamezaion as admin if you were using windows 7.... then try to run the game... and if there still problem just post some screenshots here...
