Cannot submit Marni's Stones

    Cannot submit Marni's Stones​
    Bug Description:
    Cannot submit completed Marni's Stones to NPC Wacky Toshi.​
    How to reproduce/proof:
    Even it says in tooltip that for lv62 or higher EXP will be significantly reduced, I believe high levels (level 64 in my case) cannot submit them anymore.


    It would help if you make that you could submit completed marni's stones at higher level. If you worry about exp gains, just make it 0 exp so players could complete certain quests, where marni's stone submission is required;)    ​

    How to complete quests then? you should make it give 0 exp at least.. but let submit..
