Cant change Brigade General

Hi. The Legion is <BlackArchangels> 2 or 3 days ago i changed the brigade general from my temp (noyr) to my brothers ranger (lormon) we did this so we could put the brigade general position on my assassin (Hideandnoseek) everytime Lormon tries to put it on Hideandnoseek it says that Hideandnoseek has declined the brigade general position. Myself being Hideandnoseek i know i havent declined. Since im also still new to owning a legion is there an amount of time between brigade general swaps ?? If not can a gm, etc. please take a look at this.
