cant change my password

    I have this problem i cant change my password.. no message on my email for changing my password..

    If you've logged into the correct email which is registered with gamez, it has to be there. Check the junk folder, sometimes it takes a few minutes to receive the mail.

    ow i forgot to change email.. i want to change email it cuz i forgot the past email for my account. and when i change email it says. To change your account's email address you need to submit your request in our support forum.

    How did you want to change your password if you do not have access to the registered email in the first place? We are unable to change email addresses.
    There's another way to secure your account and set up a pin code with which you lock and unlock access to your account. When you lock your account, all in game features will be disabled.
