cant complete quests

Is this an issue or its normal that i cant complete quests, they not showing up when i talk to npc.

 

Good new for you... you only have to finish the Archdaeva Quest and then use some Berdin's Lucky Star in order to get 75! Take a look at this Aion Starter Guide that will help you adjust to GamezAion, and at the items.pak Guide to remove the game limitations. In case you need to complete some specific quests for items feel free to ask the community if they are bugged or not. Enjoy gaming!

PS: You can't turn in any quests because you can't go 65+ unless you finish the Archdeava Quest.

Run into problem where i face Archdeva (final boss in instance), but cant defeat her, bc she recovers health all the time and do a lot of dmg to me..

 

It's not the same boss that heals itself. Every time the hp of one boss drops by some percentage, the next one spawns. You need to be patient until the last one spawns. The final boss will appear with a yellow campaign arrow above it. It's easy and you will manage to kill it without a prob.
