Can't connect / disconnect

So half the time when I try to log in I get "cannot connect to authentication server" and when I DO manage to log in, I'm halfway through making a character when I suddenly get disconnected. Not only that, but when I get disconnected I am not brought back to the log in page, but the entire game closes out and I have to relaunch the whole stupid thing all over again. Help!

Well, that seemed to work for a little while. But now I'm back to not being able to log in again. @_@

 

i have the same problem but everyone has been trying to help but nothing works... i put too much money in this game for it to not work.... plz help

 

Still can't connect or I disconnect after a few minutes. Is there no explanation for this???

 

run a repair with NCsoft and install the gamez launcher after
