Can't connect to server

I just started playing on this server today. I was able to connect and play for my first time this morning right after the servers were brought back up but immediately had to go to work after so I only got to around level 10. I am trying to connect now and this is happening. I log in, accept terms and choose server. It then says the recommended server is "[West] Siel". Log into "[West] Siel"? I click Ok and a box that says this pops up. No game server is available to the authorization server. (6). Then the game closes. When I open the game back up and try to log in I get a box that says this. You are already logged in. (7). So I type my password again and the whole process repeats itself. Does anyone have any idea whats going on?
