Can't connect with my account in game

    Hello, i have a little problem, i just downloaded client and updated, registered account and when i try connect with my acc in game, it says ID or Password does not match (2), and i type good password and acc which i use in site, does i need to download any patch or file, can any1 answer ASAP?

    Did you use the official GamezAion launcher? it sounds like you are connecting with retail rather than Gamez Servers.
    Make sure to download the GamezAion launcher from our website , Welcome to Gamez Aion - Aion Private Server , and try again.
