Can't create a character

    Hello im new to this server so after installing the game im stuck at the character creation when ever i try to name the character this error message keep popping *Unavailable for the current character* while respecting the naming policy and im pretty sure all the names i chose are not taken please help !:(

    You can't create character on Arsha channel, switch the channel and try again.
