Can't fly...

    I can't fly even in the area that says you can fly...
    I tried all the System.ovr changes from other people but I still can't seem to fly...

    I can fly in towns and stuff, but when I get to certain places, it won't let me..
    Please help...

    What places? Because there are some places where fly is restricted.

    You can't fly in:
    • Balaurea (includes Inggison, Gelkmaros, and Silentera)
    • Beluslan and Heiron, except in the main fortresses and Storm Circle
    • Altgard and Verteron, except in the main fortresses
    • Many instances
