cant go in to the server i need asistance

ok here's my problem


i cant go in to siel.


but in lumiel i have no problem..


what is the best solution for ths problem of mine??


can anyone help..??

Does it give you a warning, or anything on siel when you try?

 

no i jsut got stuck on the select server screen with the background animation moving without me having the mouse pointer>.<


but with lumiel i can go in it

 

Have you tried rebooting your whole computer?

 

yes i did..

and heres the catch..

i can log in with my other acount..

but my main acount i cant.. i dont know why.,.,

my ign btw is : Ginjher

its a freshly lvl 9 char with items on it,.,

You have one level nine character in Siel?
Why not just switch to lumiel? Making a level nine is cake.
It's less crowded so you'll get less lag too.

 

the point is i have my items in siel.. my main char and my lvl 9 char in siel are in 1 acount..

 

I see. Try to redownload the gamez launcher maybe? Turn graphics down a tad bit, and drop the firewall for a bit.. see if any of those work.

Just some suggestions, sorry I can't do much because I don't have a clue as to what the problem could be.

 

i can log in to some of my acounts..


but my main cant.. in siel though i cant..

Hmm, maybe your account is stucked... If u want to try just go to gamezaion.com and login your account there, you will see the control panel and look for Player unstick request, then after that select the server and to make sure unstick all of ur characters in that account... and wait for the next server restart.

ive had the same problem.. at first i could log in to east server but when i log in back i cant, it get stuck to the server selection then the client closes.. luckily my main account is at west server ^^ so ill have no worries

 

so any alternatives?

mam bryne has told me to wait till crash or restart lol.

anyone can help me?

Dude jus try logging in now. It should work. Knowing our server, it has probably crashed and restarted

What hes trying to say, there isnt a smooth transition from switching servers. I have toons on both servers now, and when I tried to switch back to main account server, was disconnected from game. There appears to be a glitch, or something.

Example:I log off in Siel. When I log in next day, it asks Siel? I click cancel(as that is only option) so that I can click on Lumiel server, but I am disconnected. After a couple tries, I can finally get in. Just a tad annoying.......

Can this be checked please and thanks!!!!!!
