Cant go to character selection

Hey guys ive been playing gamez aion for a while now and im hiaving a bit of a problem. I had to recently wipe my hard drive so everything got deleted. :sad: As well as Aion. So i reinstalled it and installed the gamez aion launcher and then launched the game. I logged in, clicked accept and then selected the server that im on Siel and then it just stays there. it dosent move. I know its not frozen cause the background it still moving but it just stays on server selection. I installed aion on a different laptop and its still stays on the server selection

If anyone knows what i could do to fix this thx

 

ur version is too new, 2.7.0.2 isnt supported here, ull have to downgrade

next time backup the client on an external harddrive or another partition, aion doesnt need an installation

K now im getting an error saying its unavailible in my country and yes i have switched between Europe and Northamerica

 

Delete your bin32 folder and check your region selection again in the NCSoft launcher. If it's still NA then press repair on Aion. If it's done, your version will be 2.7.0.2 again, follow the steps from the downgrade again. If this doesn't fix your issue, let us know.

 

u dont need to delete ur bin32 folder if u change region settings, u just have to repair the client to change to an NA one, then it should work fine

but yea still has to downgrade after

 

He already said that he switched between NA and Europe, so to delete the bin32 is just for the case that he has selected the right region.

 

meant like regardless of what files u have, as long as the region is set to NA, repair will make sure all files r NA too xD

 

You might be right but I just said that because some of my friends had that problem and sometimes it helped them to delete the bin32 and repair the client.
