CANT LOG in Lumiel, Need Help.

    Already login in (7) problem in Lumiel server. Plz help. Char name : Niebla.
    (Its my gf char) im logged in with my char atm and everything is fine but she cant enter.
    Plz, some1 or a GM help.

    she restarted and quit aion many times and cant login. Even restarted the Pc. And nothing.

    Can any GM just logg out her char? or give another solution.

    Have you tried logging in the main site and use unstuck character request?

    I was just on Lumiel, the server is up and running. Best bet is just to keep trying to log her in. It will eventually kick her name off.

    Siel is experiencing a partial crash.

    If you continuously are getting the You are already logged in (7) error for Lumiel, that means that server too, is crashing or has crashed.

    We apologize for the inconvenience and will try to contact an administrator to restart as soon as possible.

    MMm, well im telling u that im logged in and playing normally in Lumiel without problem lol. But she is trying right to log in and she can not. "Already log in (7)".... Server is up.

    Weel this si kinda weird coz im logged and playing still. xD. In Lumiel. Maybe the same thing that host Siel is what host the login screen and thats the problem...

    Go on GamezAion.com and check your characters »User CP , then if you see the character is still online and you are not in game with it, or you were hacked or you wait 1hour and it should be clear to go.. Or that means server is down.

    No, no. Its not me. Im playing with my gf. We were playing both in Lumiel. She logged off. Im still there playing (right now) but she cant log in. In her user CP her character is OFFline.
    And thats weird..

    Well its just:
    How can i be playing? the lumiel server is up.
    She cant log in.
    Her character shows as offline in user cp panel.

    Thats the point. O.O

    siel server is bugged meaning there are still people logged in on siel but people who logged out can't log in also maybe when siel crashes so does lumiel?. so lumiel server is probably bugged as well so just wait until server gets restarted and u should be able to log in normally

    They are up again? cOz this is freaking me out. I tell u, i CAN log on both.
