tried deleting ur bin32 and repairing client with NCsoft?

 

let him try log (or create) another character, if he can log that one then its not a client issue and repair wont fix it. most people dont know that u shouldnt log the account after unstuck request till the next server restart or it wont work. either way he can email carl to unstuck him directly (if its caused by his char and not his client)
