Can't log in

    everytime im going online there's a message displayed "Failed to connect to the server" any help?

    Check if your firewall is interfering. Make sure Aion is in the white list / exceptions.

    If you got that, maybe was because you got an error before, try to log in, when the windows that says "You are logged in" or something like that, wait 2-3 minutes and try again.
