Cant login problem

I got this problem of getting disconnected from the game server everytime I log in with it. I already filed a unstuck request but it still doesnt got fixed? What should I do now?

And how do I update my game? Do i just have to run the gamezaion launcher?

 

you need need to do unstuck request on website and wait till server restarts without loggin. if still same problem will be after server restart, send email to [email protected] with ur accnt id, char name, server you play, and problem you got there.
