Can't mount one of my horses

**EDIT: *FIXED* The problem has randomly resolved itself. Things I've done: purchased a very expensive item. Switched to another character to give it that item. Switched to a character in Velia to list some horses on the market. Switched back to the character in Heidel, collected a sale, relisted some other horse, and took out the problem horse again.

And now I can mount it. No idea what the trigger was, but it's been fixed, somewhere in there. Maybe a GM in the background? No idea...

I have a horse that I purchased from the market recently, a black T7 courser named Destiny that was level 20 already when I bought it. I attached it to my wagon to get it some levels while finishing leveling some T8s, then detached it to level it solo for the remaining 7 levels. Problem is, I can't mount the horse, or interact with it at all. The horse menu doesn't come up when I approach it. This is what I've already tried:

1. Mounting by pressing R, despite not being able to see the horse menu when I approach. Doesn't work.
2. Whistling to make it walk to me and then mounting. Doesn't work.
3. Going far away and then whistling to make it teleport, then mounting. It teleports, but I still can't mount.
4. Using remote collect. After taking it out, it still doesn't work.
5. Used a skill change coupon. Didn't make a difference.
6. Decided to try equipping it with a piece of pearl shop horse gear. That worked. It has Trina Knight Barding now, only I still can't mount it.

And now I also can't sell it, because it has items on it. Oops. Whoops. Crap.
7. Tried relogging. Still Doesn't work.
8. Tried using a different character. Still Doesn't work.
9. Tried changing channel. Still Doesn't work.

How to reproduce/proof:

I have no idea how to recreate the bug, but here's a pic of the horse in my stable, the horse in position after I check it out of the stable, and then me whistling it from that spot to my position somewhere else nearby. You'll notice that there's no menu options popping up over the horse. Note that it is only *this* specific horse that's a problem. I can mount my other horses that I've tried just fine.
