Can't move after 15 mins

    I've been waiting for 2 days for this problem every 5 - 15 mins my account was alright after that it wont move I can't even type I thought it was from the server but when I asked my friend he said Aion was fine.

    I would appreciate it if someone can help me.

    and what happens when u relog? character still wont move? if yes u have to make a character unstuck request and wait for the server to reboot. meanwhile u are not to log that character

    No I can still Log in it's not stuck I can log in but every 5 mins or 15 mins it wont move or I can't type anything..

    it might as well be ur ISP having issues with connection stability. what u describe is when ur connection interrupts. everything stops moving and u cant talk, but it takes a few more mins b4 u actually get the d/c msg

    what people generally do when they get insane ping (and i guess it might work here) is unplug ur router/modem for bout 10 mins, when u get back ull have a different IP and maybe a more stable connection

    Thanks man ur really giving me advice but I've done all of that done my TCPIP setting, fix my registry, reboot my internet connection, tried VPN connection, reformat my computer and reinstall Aion..

    lol. it might have just been a 3rd party software interfering with the connection (like an antivirus or smth) but reformat? o_O

    oh well, i guess it'll fix the problem anyway (if it is a software interfering), though a little too drastic :D

    doesn't seem like he experiences the same problem in other MMOs (else why would he make a thread about it) so, idk, it might be something else

    well ISPs have temporary issues every now and then, formatting didnt fix it and he didnt mention if he plays other mmos :p
