Can't pick up drops issue

Sorry if this isn't the right location for this post. I couldn't find another place in short notice. I've had issues before with picking up my loot but I've just done the Red Nose world boss on Channel 2 at about 1:00pm and I got loot but I couldn't pick it up. So I received nothing from my fight, even though I was able to see the loot. I'll attach an image and would appreciate any help from the GM staff if possible to receive this loot.

I get this whenever i'm butchering sheep. There's probably 2 or 3 times out of 300 kills where this bug happens.

 

This happens when your pets are picking something else at the same time that you pressed pickup. Bug has been around here since ages
