can't put item in auction

    Every time I try to put an item in the auction house it won't go in. It tell me there a fee for item 1 I click OK then the item just comes back to my inventory , I have enough money . plz help

    You either don't have the newest item.pak or you are not VIP.

    Even if you are using the latest Items.pak, you can't register some items in the Trade Broker if your account is not VIP (with that light blue thingy on your name)
