Can't See Manastones or new gear

I updated my client using the Ncsoft launcher. I've had it repair twice now and have found no problems. I followed the directions step by step for installing the new item.pak. Deleted everything in my Europe/item and USA/item folders and extracted the item.pak into the Usa/item folder. Any reasons you know why I'm having problems?

same here got that prob,,, i update and follow the item pak instruction,,, but why still,,, nothing viewed,,, i reach 3.5.0.6 update rather i click update stil 3.5.0.6 it gives,,,

 

You're probably using the wrong item.pak or have it in the wrong place.

same with me cant see new items pls help^^.followed instructions correctly but cant see the item.I'm using windows 7

just talked to alente, he said that apparently some people r using the 3.0 items.pak instead of the 3.7 one so yea it will be missing all the new items

 

the items are there sir but u cant see any icon just completely blank^^

 

I am using the 3.7 item.pak i even had a friend send me the one he is using to see the new items and its in the correct location and its just not working .
