Can't trade or store items in warehouse

As the title says, I've tried trading with multiple people (who had sufficient inventory space), we both hit the ok button to confirm the trade, but nothing happens. I dunno if its just me or if others are having this problem. Another problem I have is trying to put items into my warehouse. When I click on the items in my inventory, they just become transparent and I can't move them around in my inventory or use them unless I relog. Any suggestions?

 

1) Some Inventory slots have become bugged after the 2.5 update and even tho you see you have an empty space, the game doesn't really recognize it like that. (it's happened to one of my characters).
2) Some VIP-trade-only items might go on the trade window but when you place trade, it won't work. You can try using Uthi's items.pak and try to trade again. Go here for the items.pak

3) If you're trying to use the "non visible" warehouse slots (although you have the space, it says something like 96/104) some items are not going into the warehouse and they just become shaded in your inventory until you relog.
