Cant use my old Elite Arbiter's

    I've a +20 lvl 65 armour with nice remo and when i try to use them it say "You cannot use the selected item until you reach the Elyos Army Governor Rank".
    Beside having dual account the weard part is i'm trying to use it in Asmo side.
    Any restriction with Arbiter's or Elite Arbiter's was implemented in game? Its not for being +20 because it happened with o Arbiter's non +20.

    BTW it only happen with Abyss gear

    first of all why even care about arbiter/elite arbiter when there is new sets on the shop and...most of the items u can only remo once anyways...

    All rank restriction already removed on that itempak, seem theres a problem in server side.
