Can't verify email after creating account

My Wife and daughter would like to join me on GamezAION but they are unable to verify emails after creating accounts.
When trying to send verification email (either automatically or manually through account cp) it says SMTP Error: Could not authenticate.
The email address is valid. It's not showing up in spam, or any other folder.

Affected account names:

kasina
suchanger1
