Cash code not given

I wanted to top up my cash so that i could get the dream hors, the money has been paid and taken from my account but the website says that the payment hasn't been done and still is refreshing, could anyone help me to get the code somehow since i paid the amount need for it.

it just refreshes constantly and is still awaiting payment even though it has already went through, its been doing this for 20 mins...
