    Bug Name:
    CC Mechanics (HUGE)
    Bug Description:
    1. Float/Knockdown resist timer starts only once character gets up.
-> Should be starting once character is down

    2. There is no way to do double CC without a grab (for example, you cannot float -> float, or float a downed target that has been cced only once)
->This is a huge oversight, the skill rebalance was done with this in mind

    3. CC counts are wrong - you should be able to do stiff/knockback -> (kd/float/grab) -> (kd/float/grab)
->Stiff counts for a little less than the others, around 0.7 I believe. Max is 2.0.

    4. You can get grab-locked
->Grabs don't contribute to the limit, so it is possible to get grabbed 3 times in a row.

    5. Grabs don't count as a CC
    How to reproduce/proof:
    1. Apply float on a character. Once he/she gets up, count the seconds he's invulnerable to float.
->That time is shorter on RETAIL

    2. Apply float on a character. Once he/she is laying down, try to apply float again.
->It fails. On RETAIL, it is easily possible to float a laying target.

    3. Apply stiffness to a character. Then apply float to a character. Then try to apply float again.
->It fails. On RETAIL, stiffness/knockback counts for 0.7 cc (and no, you cant stiff/knockback a stiffed/knocked back target). Knockdown, Float and Grab count for 1 cc. CC limit is 2.0, as long as your character is below 2.0 - it can get cced.

    4. Play as berserker. Grab a character 3 times in a row.
->It succeeded (but it should not). It is virtually impossible to get grab locked on retail, because each grab counts as 1.0 cc. + each successfull grab raises grab resist of the target.

    5. Apply a float/knockdown. then grab the target.
->It simply succeeds, but on retail it would fail if you are at the cc limit.
