    Is the deletion of characters currently bugged, can anyone confirm this?

    no just clear everything from your inventory and whatever the character is wearing leave legion and try to delete should allow you to do it

    Sorry for double post:

    I left the legion, cleared all inventories including the private warehouse and removed everything he was wearing and it still does nothing for me after I answer the question "Are you sure you want to delete this character?" with yes.

    if you can't delete it, close your client, then re-open it and try to delete the character again, then if you would like to re-use the same name, you have to close the client AGAIN then re-open it AGAIN and the name is available :)
