Character leveled up to 50 without doing the quest

    As the title suggests, a character i was making to keep at 49 for a while for farming just went up and reached level 50 without me doing the "To level 50" quest.
    It is my second character.
    Is that intentional or just a bug?

    Killing the summoned Qoobe (either by your summon or by someone else's) and completing the quest via the black spirit levels you to 50. This is why when I want to stay at level 49 with a character, I delete that catfishman scroll completely until I am ready to do so.

    I never even came close to the scroll or the catfishmen or even the area. It was some low level Black Spirit Quest(for inventory space), i think it was around the Red Orc questline and after finishing one of them i leveled up.

    Same thing happened to me in almost the same area. Just killed the summon boss at the bandit area and went straight to 50.

    So dont do ANY quests once at 49.9999 to not lvl up to 50, noted. Thanks for that info.
