Character not in load screen

I played several hours yesterday, got my Ranger up to level 15. When I went to log back in today the character screen showed my family name – Sherry, but did not have my character – Lisaah. Logging onto the web site I see my character name there in the User Panel – Characters. I clicked on Rescue just in case that would do something, but still no character in my game login screen. If there is anything you can do to restore it I would greatly appreciate your help.

Looks like a fun server, I hope I can keep playing.


ok, duh. it came up for the EU servers, not where I play. all is well

 

The character you created is in EU and that's why you can't see it in your NA list of characters.
