    hello sir im just new here and just starting to play but i have problem i create my character and join the game but only i can see is the head of my character how can i fix it thx and more power to the server...

    You should repair or update your client with ncsoft lancher, some files are missing, if you have updated and repaired your client download and use the latest item.pak 4.5 you can find it in my asignature.
