Character Signature Generator

I've seen on some other servers and for retail, they have Signature Generators that would pull character data from the server and spit out a nice signature with race, class, gender, name, level, legion, etc.

Any possibility of that happening here? Is there a generator out there that allows you to manually put this information in?

Is there any hope for the Photoshop illiterate?
