Solved Character Stuck online

Hello, as title says, i have my char " Lucifero " stuck online, and can't log it on.
2 days ago i was online and i got dc, then when i relogged i made "start" on Lucifero, and nothing happens, after few seconds client has been closed.
I have others chars in this account, so i logged on with one of them and saw the stuck char standing in Pandemonium main street (about General goods seller NPC).
i've alredy done the .fix command, then relogged and nothing again same story (trying to start with Lucifero and client closed after few seconds)
and i've send alredy the unstuck request from website, still waiting.
i'm in Siel Server.
Please, help me in some way.

Your character is what we call "hard stuck" and unfortunately can only be cured with a server restart.
