Character stuck

when i log into Gamez its all fine i can pick all my toons perfectly and it'll load fine EXCEPT one toon when i go to choose my SORC the loading screen pops up and then my Client crashes it doesnt even show me or where im at i see the pic at the loading screen then boom my aion crashes i cant pic my sorc someone please help since ive been asking all day from the GMs but they do NOTHING help me please :crying:

 

ur character is stuck, Log in your account ID and password on www.gamezaion.com and hit the botton unstuck request,.or post here http://forum.gameznetwork.com/showthread.php/8995-Official-Unstuck-Request-Thread?highlight=unstuck and wait until your character was unstuck...or wait for a server restart..

 

go to www.gamezaion.com
do unstuck request for your character and DO NOT login at all until the server is restarted
you can know it is restarted when people are posting in the server reboot thread
if your character is still stuck after that post a request here

once you post it you still cannot login
if still after that your character is stuck an sam or admin will have to manually unstuck it so contact carl at [email protected]
or an sam on forums

 

i did a unstuck requst but how do i know if it went through and can you post the link for the server reboot please

 

wait for an SAM or an Admin to do a manual unstuck to your character,

you can see HERE about server reboot

 

and wait, put ur username too on the unstuck thread!
