    I just donated $15 to move my character to siel..I got out of legion, got everything i needed in my inventory, and it said to wait 10 minutes offline. So I did that. I come back 15 minutes later, and find that my character is still on Lumiel. So I waited an hour or so...STILL ON LUMIEL. Can I get any help here. -.- I am not going to sit and pay $15 for something that won't work.
