    well thats what im talking about.. it would be good if this unreadable letters/numbers would be changed to readable ones

    i had the same problem the other day, totaly unreadable and whats worse is theres a time limit to type the 'cleansing word' so if you dont get it in time you get the debuff, which makes it so you cant gather aether for 30 minutes. I havent tried to gather aether sinse so i dont know how often it occurs.
