Client Error

    Hey Guys since the 4.0 update my client always crashes...
    i can start gamezaion but when im on the screen with the Ncsoft logo it always says the client does no longer work and i have to close it....
    i updated already and also redownloaded gamezaion and also got the new item.pak...
    any solutions??

    Exactly the same problem here. White screen, instead of the black, and no "NCSOFT" logo. it just crashes right away.
    Client version: 4.0.0.4
    OS: w7 ultimate
