Complete character item wipe

I wanna suggest a complete item database wipe (wipe all character items in game) followed by a removal of ABG from the webshop.


I m not naive I know it ain t happening but on the other hand, since I m the only one who thinks gameplay and fairplay I m obligated to make this suggestion.

The problem is that a great crime to gameplay has been made from the begining of the server. What s that?

The webshop.

U just can t sell the game's elite gear. Of all the gear that s availlable the administration of the server chose to sell the elite. OMFG!!! where was their thinking???

This ruined gameplay. There is no goal anymore. All u have to do to be better is u have to work IRL make some money and buy your gear.But this has nothing to do with aion!!!

I d like to add here that I m not against webshop nor server funding(allthough I support f2p players to have equal but harder opportunities to reach the top but we must provide them the means to reach that top). If i was against webshop I would be suggesting simply "close webshop".

Enraged mastarius set and weapons are ideal for selling at the webshop. Decent enough for one to spend RL money on them but not OP since they ll suck to EAT and PrPil sets. But selling ABG just ruins the game and for those that bought them too. THERE IS NOTHING ELSE TO DO once u get all the gear in game...U ll play a bit pvp ad oce u r bored game over...so simply

One might say that I m thinking myself. On the contrary that s why I ask complete item wipe and not ABG wipe. And i do have some ABG pieces not many but not few. I also have many eternal crafted items which was extremely hard to make which i ll lose forever

Since this suggestion is never gonna be implemented:

PLEASE at least keep this thread in mind for future updates, and do not put on the webshop the new top elite items. U can sell some good items that s ok but not the top. That ruins gameplay.

And refund every dollar donated and ruin the server? No thanks.

theres a lot of heavy donaters if some quit due to drops being implemented which they spent their money on imagine what would happen if EVERYTHING is whipped from the database including ABG.. almost everyone if not everyone would leave

 

If they do a wipe of all items then they MUST change all ap gain and exp gain to retail like. That will ruin this server and will make everyone leave everyone is here for a reason not because of the high rate and the ability to have items you would never have in retail. If you dont like that then maybe you should find yourself a more suitable server.

I never heard donators to ask to refund their donations...

That may happen but If gms organise generous events to resupply people with decent items I believe the bleeding will be minimize...Other servers came back from complete player wipes and are again more populated than crystal and gamez

Also do not focus on my actual suggestion but to what i said for the FUTURE ELITE ITEMS with the next updates so as to not repeat the mistakes of the past

 

always a thread like this every month almost. just stop it. it will never happen, and its a stupid idea just so the ppl that joined now would catch up... give them some time to save credit like all other did and they will have good gear too.
just cuz u donate for ABG and everything does not make u any good in the game. seen so many ppl rape full abg with only anyhart or other lower gear. so dont give me this crap.

I actually support this for Gamez.
A complete item wipe followed by a refund of Credits to all active accounts AND different kinds of events to help the economy progress. ( not candies or shit, Kinah as reward )
Pros : Kinah and many other items will have value again. A fresh start for EVERYONE ( let me remind you what happened throughout this year - duping,exploits,bugs etc. ) - donators won't QQ hopefully because their credits will be refunded.
Cons : QQers will leave - but then return when they realize it's for the best.

 

But see, if donors do get their credits back, the server is right back where it was. Cept the non donors are at even more of a disadvantage. This idea is horrible any way you look at it.

 

ELITE GEAR SOLD IN WEB SHOP ruins gameplay that s the issue...keep it in mind for future updates...that s the second issue...

Kinah rewards flood the economy with unnessesary money...Making money out of nothing is what causes the global economic crisis today...It s the same ig.

I think many people will indeed quit and because gamez staff seem that they don t handle crisis that well i think it could be devastating. The opposission here has some points...

We must make sure THAT THE SAME MISTAKE WON T BE IN THE FUTURE that s the main and vital issue
