Connect issue

    I have the following issue when i try to connect. Help me with sollution please.

    Before someone says reinstal Aion I did this in first place.
    Then reinstalled the launcher.
    And at last im sure that my NCsoft region is set to North America.

    Please help me.

    P.S.
    I already fixed it sorry for posting the problem was that i use Windows 8 and now i found the fix file in forum.
