Client Issue Cool Down Skill "Backdraft" 6 times longer than official, a pain to play....

• Hello, I would like to point out to you, on the spirit master the skill "Backdraft"
• its cool down is 24 seconds and not 2 minutes. This is the only skill that can absorb mana.
• That's 6 times longer than on official Aion. We are always short of mana. Can you do something at least check.
• I am waiting for your answer, tell me if eventually you notice the error, you can fix it.
